Characters
I have always had a deeply rooted belief that character development is vital if you are going to create a book that is compelling and want to grab the readers’ attention. So in the writing of this novel, I intend to make my characters become living, breathing entities, so lifelike that the you, the reader will feel their pain, listen to their cries and rejoice in their triumphs.
It’s not easy to create characters that are 3 dimensional but to aid my quest in writing Who Killed September Falls and my non-fiction ‘How to Write a Novel in 30 Days’ book, I have drawn each of the main characters in preparation to help me be able to visualise my creations in greater detail. This helps me to be able to start believing in them whilst I start to build in-depth character profiles.
